Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in proposal management.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Google Drive, Mac OS, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience with Responsive/RFPIO and/or other content management databases.
  • Preferred bilingual, ideally fluent in English and German.
  • Familiarity with online portals (i.e., Ariba, Coupa, ProcessUnity).

  • Ensure compliance with internal and client-defined requirements and maintain version control throughout the project.
  • Develop a repository of proposal templates and identify best practices to enhance proposal efficiency.
