Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in a professional office environment or customer service required.
  • Account Management or Sales experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Employee benefits or HR experience preferred but not required.

  • Proactive outreach to advisor clients to encourage engagement.
  • Develop new business with existing adviser portfolio.
  • Support Account Executives on national client implementations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Department for small and regional new client implementations.
  • Clearly communicated any setbacks or successes related to client accounts.
