Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in a professional office environment or customer service required.
• Account Management or Sales experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Employee benefits or HR experience preferred but not required.
• Enthusiasm for serving others and creating great experiences for clients.
• Ability to work in a team-centric environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as webinar and group presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn compliance topics and stay up to date with industry news and trends.
• Some travel for client training and industry conferences required.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with agency points of contact.
• Conduct adviser and employer training via webinar and in-person presentations.
• Ensure timely response to client needs and objectives.
• Proactive outreach to advisor clients to encourage engagement.
• Develop new business with existing adviser portfolio.
• Support Account Executives on national client implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales Department for small and regional new client implementations.
• Clearly communicate any setbacks or successes related to client accounts.
