Responsibilities:
  • Complete thorough analysis on the P&L each month and communicate key performance drivers.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting presentations for investors and the board.
  • Prepare the annual operating plan by engaging with VPs.
  • Collaborate with partners on weekly performance related to Operations.
  • Manage relationships with Operations to build forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Communicate key operational metrics and findings to business partners.
  • Improve models and procedures with professional knowledge and business acumen.
  • Carry out continuous improvement and automation in existing processes.
  • Deliver improvements in key strategies with management support.
  • Provide proactive solutions to business needs.
  • Mentor new coworkers and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Network with stakeholders to understand objectives.
