Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in a design leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful design teams.
  • Strong app UI and UX portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
  • Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellence in design critique, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of product designers.

  • Establish and maintain product UI and UX design processes.
  • Own the end-to-end design system and ensure consistency.
  • Drive user design research initiatives and incorporate insights.
  • Present design solutions to executive leadership.
  • Recruit and retain top design talent.
  • Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Champion user-centered design throughout the organization.
