Responsibilities:

• Co-create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the product area with partners in product management and engineering.
• Drive alignment, set goals, and motivate the team.
• Understand customer needs to build user journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs.
• Work autonomously with a focus on customer experience using the Canvas design system.
• Collaborate with researchers and content designers to refine new and existing experiences.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the growth of the UX team and culture.
