Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CPA, ACCA or similar qualification is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in an international business environment with cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude with different IT solutions.
  • Capable of working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, proactive, and accountable.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Resourceful and adaptable, with willingness to take initiative.
  • Good command of English is essential; other languages are advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing daily accounting operations in Xero for multiple entities, maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle payroll processing ensuring tax compliance and coordination with relevant parties.
  • Manage accounts payable function including communications and record-keeping.
  • Oversee inter-company reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Support closing processes for timely financial reporting.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and manage projects across functions.
