- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA, ACCA or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions.
- Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an international business environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude with different IT solutions.
- Capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Meticulous, well-organized and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
- Self-motivated and dedicated, consistently with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
- Resourceful and adaptable, with willingness to take initiative and continuously develop skills.
- Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage.
- Responsible for managing daily accounting operations in Xero for multiple entities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Responsible for payroll processing including ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with relevant parties as needed.
- Responsible for AP function including handling communications and keeping all related records and documentation up to date.
- Manage inter-company reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial analysis and reporting.
- Provide support in closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments, manage projects and execute operational duties as required.
