Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions.
• Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an international business environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude with different IT solutions.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Meticulous, well-organized and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
• Self-motivated and dedicated, consistently with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
• Resourceful and adaptable, with willingness to take initiative and continuously develop skills.
• Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing daily accounting operations in Xero for multiple entities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Responsible for payroll processing including ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with relevant parties as needed.
• Responsible for AP function including handling communications and keeping all related records and documentation up to date.
• Manage inter-company reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial analysis and reporting.
• Provide support in closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments, manage projects and execute operational duties as required.
