Responsibilities:

• The Educational Support Specialist coordinates instructors and tracks student progress.
• Provides quality customer service and academic services to students and families.
• Operates seamlessly in a virtual environment while maintaining operating standards.
• Monitors students’ academic progress and manages virtual tutoring sessions.
• Conducts conferences with partner program directors for progress review and adjustments.
