Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work-related experience.
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and T-SQL.
• Cisco ICM/IPCC/UCCE or other relevant contact center/WFM experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of contact center reporting and operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve customer inquiries quickly.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to develop requirements for custom reports, services, and functions based on Five9 Analytics and Reporting products.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Learn customer application and solution design and documentation.
• Ensure overall technical quality of solutions.
• Support Professional Services Team with knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with team members and provide status updates.
• Work as part of a team or independently.
• Provide support for solutions as needed.
• Master new software packages and versions.
