Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - LICSW (Part-Time)

Requirements:

• Possess a master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Hold a current unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Availability to work 3-5 evenings per week, between 2-7 pm.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches.
• Commitment to exceptional client care and improvement based on client feedback.
• 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
• Utilizing therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and others.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive family support.
• Participating in family care meetings with other providers.
• Complying with clinic policies and all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintaining documentation according to legal and ethical standards.
