- Accurately monitor and communicate pipeline status and sales forecasts to leadership.
- Evaluate and enhance the tools, processes, and resources needed by the sales team.
- Manage in a highly data-driven manner.
- Drive the use of sales tools and technologies, ensuring optimal utilization to boost efficiency.
- Assess the strengths and areas for improvement within your team.
- Actively test new ideas and measure impact.
