Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience within payments/e-money or other regulated financial services firm.
• Experience working in outsourced service providers and vendor relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of outsourcing regulations, especially EBA and Financial Conduct Authority guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day oversight and coordination of services from intragroup services and external TPSP/OSPs.
• Lead the development and implementation of the outsourcing risk program in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Produce management information on program updates, outsourcing risks, and due diligence outcomes.
• Conduct initial and periodic reviews of outsourcing arrangements.
• Collaborate with risk subject matter experts on risk assessment and due diligence processes.
• Maintain and annually review the Outsourcing Register.
• Conduct periodic reviews of outsourcing policies and procedures.
• Monitor outsourcing arrangements and manage changes as needed.
• Ensure BCM testing on critical outsourcing arrangements.
• Develop and deliver a risk-based outsourcing training program.
