Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience using NetSuite across multiple clients.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Prior client service experience in an accounting and/or consulting firm.
  • Familiarity with inventory accounting processes and best practices.
  • Expertise with Quickbooks Online and related SaaS integration is a plus.
  • Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification is a plus.
  • CPA Certification is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes for client accounts and provide financial statements.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate and timely client accounting operations including AP, AR, Cash Management, Payroll, and Tax.
  • Maintain and execute periodic accrual or journal entries for management of various adjustments.
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures and policies to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to provide best-in-class remote service.
  • Liaise with clients for accounting questions and handle ad-hoc requests.
  • Support client onboarding and implementation of various SaaS systems.
