• Relevant knowledge in controlling operations and day-to-day financial management.
• Highly skilled in MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience with controlling tools.
• Sharp analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented working style.
• Excited by new challenges and enjoy creating processes from the ground up.
• Fluent in German and English, and open to occasional travel for essential meetings in Germany.
• Permanent residence in Germany or the EU.

• Conduct regular financial analyses for business units and product lines, providing actionable insights.
• Implement project controlling to support domain leads in achieving their objectives.
• Develop and oversee cash flow and liquidity management strategies to secure financial stability.
• Collaborate with accounting to enhance data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
