- Proven work experience or training in office management in a remote environment or operations role in a quick growth/startup environment.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrable experience working at executive level and with senior management teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, and being tech-savvy.
- Numerate and familiar with basic financial documentation such as purchase orders and invoicing.
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment, managing budgets and record keeping.
- Proven experience collaborating with external vendors and managing contract negotiations.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and wider management team.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple timezones.
- Coordinate travel management for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Assist with ad hoc queries and manage executive level initiatives.
- Prepare reports and manage logistics for the leadership team.
- Maintain administrative processes for remote operations.
- Plan and organize events, both in-person and remote, across multiple timezones.
- Handle general office management duties such as invoicing and expenses.
