Requirements:
  • Proven work experience or training in office management or operations role in a quick growth/startup environment.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence, and accuracy.
  • Demonstrable experience working at executive level and with senior management teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, and various computer systems.
  • Numerate and familiar with basic financial documentation, such as purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Experience in a customer-service-oriented environment, managing budgets, record keeping, and inventory tracking.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and managing contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and wider management team.
  • Manage the calendars of the CEO, including scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Handle travel management for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the CEO with ad hoc queries and tasks.
  • Assist in managing executive-level initiatives and prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain administrative processes and improve operations management.
  • Plan and organize events, both in person and remote.
  • Handle general office management tasks such as invoicing and expenses.
