Responsibilities:

• Develop complex frameworks covering compliance, business processes, quality assurance, and diverse landscapes.
• Evaluate risks, impacts, and estimation for change requests by customers.
• Align and build strong relationships with key stakeholders from product support, engineering, and service delivery.
• Ensure continuous improvement through defining service enhancements and improvement roadmaps.
• Establish the trusted advisor role at customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate customer needs and deliver high quality, value-added services.
