Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Spring Health's mental health services to federal entities.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities within the federal government.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, agency leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and promote Spring Health’s services.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.

  • Act as a customer advocate ensuring alignment of customer expectations with SimSpace capabilities.
  • Lead the development of technical responses for solicitations.
  • Assist in driving contract renewals and expansions with Federal customers.
