- 10+ years of successful solution sales experience with 3+ years selling software security/infrastructure products within the Federal Government and DoD.
- Experience and understanding of the Federal Government’s procurement process and regulations.
- An active DOD clearance with US Government badge preferred; must be eligible for clearance.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and DoD Certification processes.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets and experience with solution selling.
- Ability to articulate Government requirements to align with SimSpace product development.
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel on short notice.
- Lead the company’s Federal sales and marketing efforts across Departmental clients, focusing on DoD, DHS, and DoS.
- Facilitate and lead complex technical discussions on agency-level cybersecurity issues.
- Present SimSpace solutions to key Government officials to advance business plans.
- Deliver high-quality solutions for U.S. Government cybersecurity problems as part of the senior executive team.
- Monitor contract deliverables execution and report on performance.
- Act as a customer advocate ensuring alignment of customer expectations with SimSpace capabilities.
- Lead the development of technical responses for solicitations.
- Assist in driving contract renewals and expansions with Federal customers.
