Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior software engineer or team lead.
• Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

• Proficiency in Git, Gitlab, and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of 2-5 software engineers.

• Use expertise in PHP, Symfony, microservices architecture, and more to guide the team.
• Identify and implement process improvements for development workflows.
• Work in an Agile and Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
• Encourage strong relationships within the team and align multiple teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.
