- 1-3 years of Human Resources Specialist/Generalist experience in UK & Ireland.
- Solid knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and employment laws in UK & Ireland.
- Deep understanding of legal requirements for employee management.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and work independently.
- Technical fluency with multiple computer systems and applications.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Outlook, and SharePoint.
