- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience in (UK & Ireland).
- Solid knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in (UK & Ireland).
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical fluency with Google Workspace and other applications.
- Support the onboarding of new hires, including payroll setup and benefit enrollments.
- Use knowledge of business issues to improve products or services.
- Act as a resource for others and maintain customer records.
- Provide expert support through contract negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Manage local payroll providers and respond to customer queries regarding HR matters.
