Requirements:
  • MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable accessing multiple technology applications for documentation.
  • Ability to type efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Must have high-speed internet and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing best-in-class technology, IntellaTriage provides round-the-clock access to licensed, registered nurses using client-customized protocols for patient-centered care.
  • The Hospice Triage Nurse will manage after-hours care delivery, becoming an extension of the clients' care teams.
  • Daily responsibilities include taking calls, documenting in EMRs, and performing charting, all while communicating with patients empathetically and adhering to established protocols.
  • Nurses must handle a minimum of 5 calls per hour on weekdays and up to 8 calls per hour on weekends.
