- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
- Proven experience building and optimizing integrated campaigns across Email, Chat, In-App, and Push channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to develop actionable insights across the marketing lifecycle.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with RevOps, Sales, and Product teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data privacy compliance (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Build integrated and data-driven marketing automation workflows across all channels to drive impactful results throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Drive the implementation, adoption, and evolution of marketing technologies to improve efficiencies and support growth.
- Oversee data cleansing, QA, and compliance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of 7shifts' marketing campaigns.
- Develop and analyze campaign performance reports, identifying opportunities for testing and enhancements to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with RevOps and Data teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology within 7shifts' broader ecosystem.
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect current requirements and configurations across our programs and processes.
