Requirements:

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
• Must physically reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care is strongly preferred.
• Must be comfortable with using multiple technology applications for documentation.
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages preferred.
• Must maintain active licensure and complete required continuing education units (CEUs).

Responsibilities:

• Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health clients.
• Communicate empathically with patients while adhering to care protocols.
• Access electronic medical records (EMRs) and utilize internal applications for charting.
• Handle a high volume of calls efficiently and maintain accurate documentation.
