Requirements:
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
  • Maintain an active home state license.
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, surgical services, or critical care.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Must be tech savvy and comfortable using multiple applications for documentation.
  • Available to work every other weekend and some holidays.
  • Complete three weeks of remote paid training.
  • Pass a background check and nurse licensing check.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage calls related to hospice, palliative, and end-of-life care.
  • Document interactions using multiple technology applications.
  • Handle a minimum of 5 calls per hour on weekdays and up to 8 on weekends.
  • Communicate empathetically while adhering to protocols.
  • Complete required charting after calls.
