Requirements:

• Great communicators with high ability to drive customer relationships.
• At least 8-10+ years of experience in services sales, delivery, and customer relations.
• Deep business knowledge in Order-to-Cash/Order-to-Revenue processes.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing SaaS Enterprise software applications.
• Proven experience mapping business initiatives to applications solutions.
• Business-savvy with experience in building stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and scope changes.
• Flexibility and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high value trusted relationships with executives at customers and partners.
• Support account executives and collaborate with delivery managers and solution architects.
• Qualify service opportunities and own the P&L of service engagements.
• Drive customers’ business initiatives aligned with Zuora's technology.
• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic relationships with key customers.
• Establish governance between System Integrators and Zuora.
• Cultivate customers as advocates within the Zuora Community.
• Manage customer escalations and communicate product changes.
• Become an expert in subscription billing & revenue on Zuora's product.
