Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of enterprise software product management experience.
  • 3+ years experience in successfully translating complex business requirements into production-ready AI/ML solutions.
  • Expertise in data product development and AI/ML technologies with a proven track record.
  • Experience in delivering products involving NLP and Data Modeling.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance preferred but with an attitude to learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end development of AI features, including defining use cases and overseeing integration into the product.
  • Drive the development of data products that enhance decision-making processes and optimize claims processing.
  • Orchestrate the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate complex data science concepts into actionable product requirements addressing industry challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize based on market trends.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for data visualization and AI features.
  • Utilize analytics to inform decisions on platform features and monitor KPIs for improvement.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while staying informed on industry trends and opportunities.
