- Time manage the calendars of the CEO, including scheduling meetings across multiple timezones.
- Manage travel arrangements for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Support the CEO with ad hoc queries and tasks.
- Assist or manage executive-level initiatives.
- Provide daily assistance to the leadership team, including preparing reports and logistics.
- Maintain and improve administrative processes.
- Plan and organize events, both in-person and remote, considering international travel.
- Handle general office management duties including invoices, expenses, and company swag.
