Requirements:
  • Proven work experience or training in office management in a remote environment or operations role in a quick growth/startup.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience working at the executive level with senior management teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite software, and various computer systems.
  • Numerate and familiar with basic financial documentation such as invoices and purchase orders.
  • Experience in a customer-service oriented environment managing budgets and record keeping.
  • Proven experience collaborating with external vendors and managing contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and wider management team.
  • Manage the calendars of the CEO, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee travel management, including flight and hotel bookings for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Assist with ad hoc queries and tasks for the CEO.
  • Support or manage executive-level initiatives.
  • Prepare regularly scheduled reports and logistics assistance.
  • Design and improve processes for remote office and operations management.
  • Plan and organize events, both in-person and remote.
