- 10+ years of business development/partnerships/sales experience in Fintech, payments or software/technology.
- Experience in technical/digital sales, particularly with payment/software platforms.
- Existing sales contacts at large financial management software companies (preferred).
- Ability to negotiate high-value deals and build long-term partner relationships.
- Familiarity with consultative selling and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and business judgment.
- Advanced sales management skills with the ability to lead a sales team.
- Develop and execute new strategic partnership deals to expand Convera’s channel partner portfolio.
- Build and deliver a strong funnel of strategic channel partnerships in the US, driving growth.
- Negotiate business contracts, SLAs, and co-marketing terms with partners.
- Lead commercialization strategies for successful partnership launches and scaling.
- Collaborate across teams to build playbooks, execute sales engagements, and ensure onboarding and revenue capture.
- Regularly report on pipeline and won deals to key stakeholders.
