Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years combined experience with Microsoft D365 SCM implementations, application deployment, and architecting complex enterprise systems.
• Experience in assessment, designing business cases, planning, deployment, and benefits analysis.
• Strong background in ERP concepts including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, distribution, and WMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country enterprise-wide implementations.
• Proven record of delivering business value at an executive level.
• Ability to engage at both high-level architectural and detailed application delivery phases.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on projects while implementing various modules of D365 for Supply Chain.
• Lead the D365 Supply Chain Management Workstream.
• Perform Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role during the analysis phase of a D365 F&O implementation.
• Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops.
• Estimate enterprise-level projects and resources required.
• Create Solution Blueprint documents and perform Fit/Gap analysis.
• Act as solution advisor during design/development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Ensure process is in place for testing and issue resolution.
• Finalize and sign-off on functional specifications, test scripts, and deployment plans.
• Ensure effective training for client application use.
• Act as escalation point for support issues during and after a project.
• Travel as needed.
