Requirements:
  • 5+ years of customer service experience delivered at a world-class level.
  • Help desk experience is a plus.
  • Strong technical proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to ever-changing environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to customers' questions, comments, and complaints regarding Spear products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed and communicate final resolution to customers.
  • Log customer correspondence into the support CRM.
  • Support technology needs for new clients to improve retention.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting website embedding of Spear videos/pictures.
  • Maintain and update knowledge databases and internal team documentation.
  • Capture customer feedback and keep stakeholders informed of unresolved issues.
