- 2+ years of experience in HR, HR set-up, and HR running operations, ideally in two or more different countries.
- Project management experience.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the determination to independently and creatively unblock challenges and deliver results.
- Open-minded and entrepreneurial work attitude with ability to respond flexibly across a varying and dynamic set of topics and tasks.
- Comfortable in a high-pace work environment while maintaining high attention to details and organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-player skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Executing WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to understand and set up HR processes in countries we expand our infrastructure to.
- Analyzing HR requirements on a country-by-country basis, building knowledge to operate in a new country.
- Drafting and implementing the HR processes required for hiring and managing employees across WorkMotion’s global entities.
- Cross-functionally collaborating with WorkMotion’s Legal, Client Operations, Finance and Product teams.
