- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS administration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in content creation and instructional design.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Preferred: Experience using Dayforce and Articulate360, certification in Learning and Development, knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Create and develop learning programs, including workshops and e-learning modules, to address identified training needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs and develop customized solutions.
- Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations and online resources.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to ensure participant engagement.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Manage the Learning Management System, including content organization and participation tracking.
- Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training programs.
