Lead Product Designer – Web Apps

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Lead, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for both web and mobile form factors.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how AI can enhance the user experience.
• Experience in leading design and mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Solid communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile apps, from concept to final implementation.
• Develop a strong, consistent visual identity and user experience across all platforms shareable/extensible to other teams through a shared design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Work with the user research team to conduct discovery, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Partner with product and engineering to develop the overall UX strategy.
• Ensure AI features are designed with transparency and usability in mind, enhancing user interaction with the AI system.
• Lead, mentor and guide junior designers, setting design standards and best practices for the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to continuously innovate.
