- Establish new clients within 3 months of hire and continue to acquire new clients each quarter thereafter.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead list by identifying potential clients, researching key decision-makers, and employing strategic outreach methods.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive complex sales cycles from initial engagement to closing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
- Work closely with the assigned Account Director and the Resourcing team to ensure successful engagement execution.
- Ensure sales are structured to meet or exceed appropriate revenue and margin goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting.
