  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred, 5+ years of leadership or management experience required, 5+ years of work experience in operations, service delivery management, and consumer/clinical and health care provider-focused products required, experience in surgery coordination preferred, health care call center operations experience preferred, health care industry knowledge and associated work experience highly preferred

  • Oversee 3PL operations, including receiving, order processing, and monthly performance review.
  • Address retailer operations queries, including new vendor and SKU setups.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with departments on special projects and manage operational support initiatives.
  • Generate regular operational performance reports.
