Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire fulfillment process for DTC, Amazon, and wholesalers, ensuring timely and budget-compliant shipping.
Manage supply chain and inventory at Amazon and 3PL, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Oversee 3PL operations, including receiving, order processing, and monthly performance review.
Address retailer operations queries, including new vendor and SKU setups.
Continuously assess and improve operational processes for efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with departments on special projects and manage operational support initiatives.
Generate regular operational performance reports.
