• Strong technical background and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in scoping new projects for clients, managing timelines, and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills for technical, process-related, or interpersonal issues.
• Ability to align development efforts with organizational goals.
• Understanding of the business context of software development.
• Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role, such as team lead or senior developer.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the web development division, managing people as a coach, leader, mentor, and problem-solver.
• Ensures the highest level of product quality across the team.
• Plays a critical role in timely project completion within budget.
• Supports team members and account teams to resolve challenges.
• Communicates technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Scopes new projects with appropriate resource allocation.
• Conducts performance reviews and sets goals for team members.
