Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional programming experience with strong expertise in software development, preferably using the .NET framework.
• Proven distributed team leadership skills in managing remote teams.
• Experience in designing, building, and scaling high-load systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Skilled in task prioritization to balance immediate needs with long-term objectives.
• Nice to have: experience with WebRTC and RTMP protocols, understanding of DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee and guide the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions.
• Lead strategic release planning and coordination.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
• Evaluate the business impact of releases through post-release analysis.
• Monitor technical performance and participate in incident resolution.
