Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advocate of the organization in the community, engaging with members and providing superior support.
  • Manage crises and communicate with community members applying SoG’s methodology.
  • Monitor and analyze community performance to ensure KPIs are being met, reporting progress to the Client.
  • Support the organization in launching communities effectively.
