  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Assist in writing heads of terms and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with the CSM Team for smooth client handover.
  • Prepare updates for the ELT and Board of Directors.
  • Update business development pipeline tracking tools.
  • Organize logistical details for meetings with customers and partners.
