Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing application development, software delivery lifecycle, or infrastructure development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Continuous Delivery or DevOps solutions.
• Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to take on various responsibilities.
• Strong personal accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage the Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Build and implement roadmaps and requirements for business and engineering initiatives.
• Develop team OKRs and career growth plans.
• Ensure proper operation and reliability of data center facilities and cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee public/private cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure for optimal availability and engage in breach management.
• Develop technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support organizational groups with security audit requirements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
