Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, Video Production, and/or Content Creation.
• Strong background in Copywriting with experience in developing creative briefs.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous about campaign specifics.
• Natural relationship builder with strong people skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of setting deadlines and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Produce creative, effective campaigns that meet the needs of Creators, Brands, and Audiences alike.
• Develop and manage a database of messaging briefs tailored to brand partners' needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure alignment.
• Build long-term relationships with core Creators and encourage engaging campaign creation.
• Provide critical script and ad-read feedback to Creators and collaborate with Brand partners on campaign deliverables.
