Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to greater Phoenix, AZ within 30 days of acceptance.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a quality control and quality assurance role, or consulting, energy efficiency or utility experience highly desired.
  • Knowledge of building science, construction and technical expertise is required.
  • BPI Building Analyst and Envelope certifications preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain these certifications post-hire.
  • HERS and RESNET Rater certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% (limited overnight travel).
  • Experience with SnuggPro is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Define SOP for the Field Service team from Energy Audits to QA/QC.
  • Recruit and train a team of BPI trained Energy Auditors.
  • Manage field and internal verification processes, track performance metrics, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Conduct onsite inspections, write inspection reports, and provide solutions to remedy inspection failures.
  • Develop and implement energy audit protocols and QA/QC requirements.
  • Educate and train trade allies to minimize failed inspections.
  • Review program QC findings and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on practices and improvements.
