Requirements:
  • Experience within Sales/Business Development in the live music, festivals, events, travel, leisure, hospitality, sports or tourism industry.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, partnerships or commercial development.
  • Exceptional numerate and communication skills, confident telephone manner.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.

  • Liaise with internal teams including operations, marketing, tech & finance.
  • Support supplier relationships, invoicing, and sales reporting.
  • Manage leads in CRM system and ensure regular follow-up.
  • Maintain knowledge of the self-serve ecosystem.
  • Provide on-site operational support as needed.
