Requirements:

• Experience in Sales/Business Development in live music, festivals, events, travel, leisure, hospitality, sports or tourism industry.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, partnerships or commercial development.
• Exceptional numerate and communication skills, confident telephone manner, and experience in face-to-face meetings.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation skills, and closing.
• Ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time, and follow up on actions.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility beyond the role's scope.
• Proactive in finding new solutions and creating ideas for ongoing commercial development.
• Awareness and responsibility for implications of decisions.
• Ability to cope in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets, using them as main KPIs.
• Drive new business growth in key markets and industry sectors.
• Arrange and attend meetings, make presentations, draft proposals and contracts.
• Attend events and relevant conferences for networking.
• Produce detailed proposal presentations ensuring positive ROI.
• Develop new ideas and tailored partnership solutions.
• Negotiate deals and close contracts in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal teams across various functions.
• Support supplier relationships, invoicing, and sales reporting.
• Manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring regular follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of the self-serve ecosystem and provide on-site operational support when needed.
