- 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive experience in generating cold leads and converting them into long-term clients.
- Deep understanding of FX liquidity provision, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
- Strong existing network of institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms.
- Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and sales analytics tools.
- English C1+.
- Identify and attract new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and existing contacts.
- Close deals with institutional clients, ensuring quick onboarding and revenue generation.
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads and engage with potential clients in the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors.
- Recruit and develop partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and create incentive and support programs.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to expand the professional network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.
- Track sales activities, maintain detailed records in CRM tools, and prepare performance reports.
