Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the Financial Services Industry, showcasing strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FPSL or SAP Bank Analyzer AFI.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA FPSL.
• Experience with Fioneer FSDM, Fioneer Financial Control, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or SAP Group Reporting is an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of finance and accounting functions in banking or insurance, with understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide tailored solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement advanced SAP S/4HANA FPSL solutions for financial services institutions, focusing on compliance with IFRS 9, HGB, US-GAAP, and other standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into specifications for FPSL implementations.
• Adapt the FPSL data model for specific client needs, ensuring integration with upstream systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with overall architecture and IT landscape.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee project deliverables in lead roles.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer for effective FPSL solution adoption.
• Leverage expertise in financial regulations to design compliant FPSL solutions.
• Support sales teams in pre-sales activities.
