- Identify and research potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads by understanding client needs and presenting AIRS Medical's products as solutions.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, emails, site visits, and social selling.
- Assess and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet the company’s ideal customer profile.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead information in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and market insights.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales pipeline development.
