Requirements:
  • 2+ years of behavioral health admissions supervisory or management experience required.
  • Masters degree in mental health or a related field required.
  • Independent mental health licensure is required (all disciplines welcome).
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with software such as Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, Office, and EMR.
  • Experience working with teens and young adults preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to energize, motivate, and communicate effectively within the organization.
  • High proficiency in navigating electronic medical record systems.
  • Work authorized in the United States and bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Accomplish department objectives by managing a team of Admissions Assessment Therapists, Associates, and/or Coordinators.
  • Lead team supervision including performance reviews, one-on-one check-ins, team meetings, hiring, training, coaching, and developing growth plans.
  • Oversee intake and assessments of prospective clients for virtual intensive outpatient programming.
  • Conduct monthly chart audits for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with various leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance admissions processes.
  • Set admissions best practices and revise policies as necessary.
  • Provide service recovery for escalated instances, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate competently with clients to build rapport and present program information.
  • Perform HIPAA-compliant biopsychosocial assessments and connect with staff for crises or higher care needed.
  • Construct provisional diagnoses using DSM-V criteria and document client information per regulatory standards.
  • Assign treatment team members and inform staff of new admissions.
  • Adapt to organizational changes while maintaining focus on client needs.
